At age 50, I know my purpose and am committed to inspiring and helping others to reach their full potential through health knowledge and physical fitness. As a former teen parent at age 15, I understand the hustles and bustles of life, making a way out of no way, and mastering work life balance. In 2008, at the age of 38, after caring for two elderly and disabled parents, I was further committed to taking control over my own internal and external health and soon realized my ability to help others also live a L.I.F.E. E.M.P.O.W.E.R.E.D™. My life experience, knowledge and unexplainable connection to people is helping others reclaim themselves in health.
I created my company, Aspiring Motivations, Inc., now doing business as BOOM Shake® Fitness, in 2012 to provide people a holistic approach to life empowerment and good health and to a fill a gap in the group fitness market. I became a health coach to help others reclaim their body, mind, and spirit. I’ve educated myself on more than 100 dietary theories and health principles and understand what it takes to change from the inside out.
My goal is to offer the knowledge, tools and movement classes necessary to help and inspire the community to live a L.I.F.E. E.M.P.O.W.E.R.E.D™. Passion filled services include group fitness classes, Health Coaching, Customized Employee Wellness Programs, Personal Training, Events for Causes, Public Speaking Engagements, lifestyle workshops, motivation, and inspiration.
