If you love hip hop, pop music and dancing, its perfect for you. This format begins with demonstrating the first move, practicing it and mastering it, all while moving to the music.  Once you’ve got it, the instructor will add the second move, repeat the process, then practice them together and continue to build one moves. BOKWA® Punch and Strike
Bokwa® Punch & Strike is packed with power and constant movement.  While the Bokwa® principle of moving to letters and numbers still applies, Punch & Strike adds MMA style moves to the mix to kick it up a notch and maximize your workout.  This class is full of high intensity, yet easy to learn and follow moves. Combined with the heart pumping beats of all the greatest in popular music, Bokwa® will challenge you and make you work.
Strength Training
It’s time to get rid of the arm and belly jiggle with adding light-weight exercise to get your toned body back!  The Strength Training class uses light weights (0-15 lbs) and bodyweight exercises to help develop, tone and tighten muscles you can and can’t see.  In addition to cardio exercise, participating in an individual or group strength training class promotes healthy bone and helps to fight aging diseases such as arthritis and osteoporosis.  Lifting very light weights helps the body’s trunk be stronger which can decrease the risk of injury and better support our hips, knees and back and improve balance.
